RotoDock pontoon raft supplied to the National Showcaves Centre, Wales

Heathland Group were recently approached by the National Showcaves Centre in Swansea, Wales and asked to supply a floating pontoon raft that could be pulled across a section of a pond to create access to an island in the centre. Heathland Group's team designed a raft with galvanised handrails and access points on either side, 2 life buoys were also supplied and fitted.

The raft was created using two Rotodock modular pontoon sections, two 3m long galvanised handrails, four 1m long galvanised handrails, four Rotodock soft PE fenders and all the necessary connecting components to ensure an extremely stable and safe pontoon raft.

This floating pontoon raft was delivered to the National Showcaves Centre in wales by our trained installation and delivery team and was quickly installed in the desired spot for the client.

The new attraction will be in operation soon and will offer visitors the opportunity to reach the island and will test the limits of the team as they pull their way across.
